Hurricane Irma was devastating to Bootkey Harbor and all the lower keys.  The 15th Street Marina incurred damages to the docks and several boats were left raised onto the uplands from the storm surge. The buildings and commercial operations for the most part were undamaged.  The recreational marina has been back operating in full swing for the last few months.

This next year,  the Marina Management will be working on projects to harden the marina from future storms.
