The 15th Street Marina has received permitting to replace thirty 30 mooring piles within the Marina and 85 lft of dock. All of the concrete round pilings that were damaged from Hurricane Irma will be replaced as well as some of the outer wood pilings. We expect this part of the project to be completed this summer. The dock replacement will probably slide out till after Lobster Season.

Keys Maritime Bait Shop is also expanding their space, adding more cold storage and back of house preparation areas for their bait and seafood products. We expect this work to complete this July.
