New Dock
We completed a new dock this summer. The existing concrete cantilevered slab was collapsing and no longer safe. So the slab was completely demolished and a new 9ft wide commercial wood dock installed. It was an inconvenience for a while, everyone seems to be happy with the final product.

With the Florida Lobster season ending in the next few weeks, many fisherman are already getting their traps in.

Florida lobster season is in full swing and 15th Street Marina fisherman are bringing them in. Also, Oasis Seafood has expanded their live tank holding capacity. Things are looking good.

Fishhouse Renovations Underway!
The original fishhouse building is under renovation! Built in the 1940’s, the structure is being completely updated with a new roof, doors, restrooms, and electrical. Renovations will be complete by November.
