15th Street Marina (“the Marina,” “we,” “us”) operates the website bootkeymarina.com and takes slip inquiries by phone, email, website forms, and Google Ads lead forms.

What we collect
When you request a slip, call us, email us, submit a form on this site, or submit a Google Ads lead form, we may collect:

  • Name
  • Phone number
  • Email address
  • Boat name, length, type, and draft
  • Requested arrival date or length of stay
  • Messages you type in a form
  • Insurance information if you become a customer

If you apply as a liveaboard, we may also collect information needed for a background check.

When you visit the website we may collect standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referring site. We use Google tools for this (see Cookies below).

We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

How we use it
We use this information to:

  • Answer slip and dockage inquiries
  • Call or email you about availability and rates
  • Prepare a slip agreement if you book
  • Improve the website and our advertising
  • Comply with marina, insurance, and legal requirements

We do not sell your personal information.

Google Ads and lead forms
If you submit a form that appears with our Google ad, Google collects the fields you enter and sends them to us. We use that information only to respond to your slip inquiry. Google’s use of data is described in Google’s own privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy

Cookies and Google tools
This site uses Google Site Kit, which may place Google Analytics and Google Ads tags. Those tools help us see which pages are visited and whether ads lead to inquiries. You can control cookies in your browser. Google’s tools are covered by Google’s privacy policy.

Short-stay booking may be handled through Dockwa. If you book there, Dockwa’s privacy policy applies to that transaction.

Sharing
We share information only with:

  • Staff who handle dockage and office operations
  • Service providers who host the website or email
  • Google, when you use a Google Ads lead form or click an ad
  • Insurers, counsel, or authorities when required by law or a slip agreement
  • A background-check provider if you apply as a liveaboard

We do not share inquiry lists with other marinas for their marketing.

How long we keep it
Inquiry records are kept as long as needed to respond and, if you become a customer, as long as needed for the slip account and tax records. You may ask us to delete an inquiry that did not become a customer.

  • Correct it
  • Ask us to delete an unused inquiry
  • Ask us not to use your contact information for follow-up marketing
